Giving more playstyles inside even modifiers like lightning is our goal. This could be solved by having a randomness factor in when it attacks with 1-100ms so that targets that die wont be a target anymore and the remaining enemies will be targeted instead. My point is that they need to have some kind of function where they dont overkill one target but rather attack different ones. If you have piercing and teleport they might overkill another 1-2 targets. Sadly that means that if you want to focus on a lot of electricity you will want multi bullets on them which means they shoot in a synced fashion which also means that they are usually kind of equally close to the same target meaning that that one monster with 100 HP gets 8-12 zaps with 50 damage each, and then thats it as they fizzle out.
